Return Policy

We understand that purchasing a hardware wallet through our online store is an important purchase and that you may have doubts or questions before making a purchase. That’s why we offer a return policy to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hardware wallet, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping and transaction fees). To be eligible for a refund, you must return the wallet unopened in its original packaging, with the seal and security seals in tact. If the product has been opened, we can no longer accept it.

Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee the security of the hardware wallet if the seal on the packaging is broken. If the hardware of the product is modified, the security of the data for future users can no longer be guaranteed. The right of rescission then expires according to the following article:

Please note that the return and its cost are the responsibility of you, the customer. Ship the product with a reliable parcel service such as PostNL. Should you wish to return a product with a high purchase value and do you want to ensure the product arrives, we recommend shipping the product insured. In case the parcel service loses your package, you will be insured for the value of your product.

If you received a defective wallet or your wallet breaks within the warranty period, you can return it for a replacement or refund. In that case, contact our customer service department to start the return process.

To request a return, please contact our customer service department via email(info@cryptoken.nl) or our contact form, and provide your order number and other relevant information. We will then start the return process and let you know what else you need to do.
